What is Microsoft Azure?
Azure is Microsoft’s cloud computing platform, a collection of integrated services that supports a broad selection of operating systems, programming languages, databases and tools. Azure runs on a network of data centers across 19 regions of the world, and provides excellent security and data protection. Some of the companies that store their data in the Azure cloud are Paul Smith and Mazda. NBC Sports uses Azure to store and stream audio and video.
CalitechTM is a licensed reseller of the Azure cloud, and also provides managed services for those customers who prefer to contract Azure on their own.
